We support the recruitment and development of Indigenous employees in a variety of ways, from employment skills upgrading programs, to apprenticeship and work opportunities.
These programs are designed to help Indigenous people learn about our work environment and gain first-hand experience to get started on a path towards a career they're interested in.
Indigenous professionals in development
Indigenous post-secondary graduates can apply for a one-year paid work and training placement with us.
Indigenous scholarships & bursaries
Scholarships and bursaries are available to Indigenous students who are looking to pursue post-secondary education opportunities.

Try up to two different BC Hydro trades careers through a short-term, paid work experience program.
