Program details sometimes change
The Home Renovation Rebate Program details can change slightly over time (no more than twice per year) based on factors like changing industry standards, customer participation and more. The information on our website reflects the current program requirements, but if a program change overlaps with your renovation project, we determine your eligibility based on the program requirements that were in effect as of your project invoice date.
Previous requirements
Upgrades with invoices dated between July 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023 are eligible to apply for rebates per the previous requirements outlined in the previous program eligibility [PDF, 236 KB] and terms and conditions [PDF, 78.1 KB].
Upgrades with invoices dated June 30, 2023 or earlier must meet the minimum electricity consumption requirement that was effective October 1, 2020 to June 30, 2023, per the requirements noted in the previous eligibility [PDF, 236 KB] and terms and conditions [PDF, 153 KB].
Upgrades with invoices dated between October 1, 2022 and March 31, 2023 are eligible to apply for rebates per the previous requirements below, as well as the program eligibility [PDF, 390 KB] and terms and conditions [PDF, 126 KB].
