BESI & SIP move to Conservation and Energy Management Hub
As of January 11, programs go through CEM Hub; Get help at webinar
On Friday, January 11, 2019, BC Hydro's Business Energy Savings Incentives (BESI) and Self-Serve Incentives (SIP) programs officially move into the Conservation and Energy Management Hub, known as the CEM Hub.
Current program login buttons will automatically redirect you to the new login area for the CEM Hub. Your existing user IDs and passwords will remain the same.
A different look, and a webinar to help
Both BESI and SIP applications will be completed in the same way as they were before. The difference will be a fresh, new look to the applications.

Why the CEM Hub?
The CEM Hub is designed to help customers easily connect to account information, consumption history, and previous projects for all sites managed by a company. From the CEM Hub, customers can:
- Start a project for any site
- Create the correct application
- View and accept proposals sent by Alliance members.
- View and compare CUSUM analysis of site consumption
