I received pre-approval for a project that includes Tesla chargers. What happens now?
If you've been pre-approved for a project, that pre-approval remains valid and you'll still receive your EV charger rebate. As long as you indicated on your application form the intent to use a Tesla product, you'll have received an email confirming this. If you believe you indicated a Tesla product on your application, but didn't receive an email, please email us. Please note that extensions won't be granted to the charger incentive pre-approval dates.
If you haven't yet purchased your charger, please consider changing your charger model to an eligible product, as if there are delays to your project, extensions will not be granted.
