Cancel service for multiple business accounts

If your business no longer requires service at multiple locations, cancel your service and close the accounts by submitting a request below.

If you only want to close one business account, use this form instead.

For service locations that only differ by unit/suite number (such as an office or residential tower), enter multiple unit/suite numbers separated by commas (22, 24, 30) or by dashes for consecutive numbers (22-30).

For unique service locations or effective dates, fill in a different service location section for each (you can fill in up to 10 per form)..

Note: If you entered an effective date prior to today, today’s date will be used until we receive an application for service from a new tenant. Please ensure new tenants apply for service in a timely manner.

In order to manage your BC Hydro account online, you will need to provide BC Hydro with some contact information (e.g. your name and your business email address, contact telephone number; details that may otherwise be located on a business card) along with the BC Hydro business account number. We consider the information associated with your business account to be non-personal information, regardless of business type (including limited companies, sole proprietorships and corporations).
