Member portal provide FAQs, videos to help Alliance contractors

Member Portal provide answers to most member questions

Whether you're a new Alliance member or just someone who needs a question answered quickly, our Member Portal can save you time, keep you up-to-date, or explain processes.

Our Member Portal is one of three online logged in spaces – the other two are our CEM Hub and Online Registration Portal – which members should be familiar with. Below, we explain the difference between each resource and what you can find there. But today, we're focusing on our Member portal.

Our team is still a resource and we enjoy engaging with members. But the member portal can be much quicker.

In addition to program details, we've recently added a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) feature, which will provide direction and answers to common questions or obstacles.

"The FAQs are living documents that will grow to reflect new questions and/or changes in programs," says Jonathan To, a product specialist on the Alliance team.

Let's get visual: More videos on the way

Members increasingly look for visual aids, including videos, to help them through program details or application processes. Already live in the Member Portal is a short member orientation video that covers the basics of what membership is about.

Alliance members have access to three key online resource spaces, each set up to serve you in different ways.

Alliance Online Registration Portal

What it is: A space to confirm your membership status as well as where you submit membership renewals.

CEM Hub

What it is: The Conservation and Energy Management Hub is a space for contractors and distributors, where you’ll find customer incentive projects that you’re identified on.

Alliance Member Portal

What it is: A place for program information, required documentation, FAQs, and support
