Residential Account Applications	Business Account Application

Please choose one of the following for residential accounts: Sign up for a new account. Modify an existing account: Transfer my account to a new address (moving) Add a new account (additional service location) Update my account information (such as mailing address, phone number) Cancel my BC Hydro Service (close my account)	For business accounts, please call us: In Greater Vancouver, call: 604 224-9376. Other areas, call toll free: 1 800 BCHYDRO (1 800 224-9376). Representatives are available Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
