Bio
Born in Regina and raised in Victoria, Martin Nash - brother of NBA superstar Steve Nash - is a veteran member of the Vancouver
Whitecaps soccer squad. He holds the distinction of being the club's all-time ironman, passing the then-record of 69 consecutive
games in 2006, and he's still adding to his tally… He also holds the club record for fastest goal from the opening kick-off:
24 seconds in a 2-1 win over Colorado in 1995… Nash's career with the Whitecaps spans seven seasons over the past 12 years,
with intervening stints playing for Rochester Raging Rhinos and the Montreal Impact, plus a couple of seasons in England…
He has also represented Canada in some 30 international matches... He and his wife Emma have two children.
