BC Hydro's Service Plan

BC Hydro's Service Plan is prepared for presentation to the BC Legislature under the Budget Transparency and Accountability Act.

The plan outlines BC Hydro's goals, objectives and key strategies, along with the results it expects to achieve in the three-year period from 2008/2009 through 2010/2011. The performance measures support BC Hydro's commitment to the triple bottom line – environmental, social and economic – and allow the Legislature and the public to track the company's progress over time.

Each year, BC Hydro reviews and refines its strategic objectives and performance measures to ensure the long term delivery of reliable, low-cost electricity to British Columbians, in an environmentally and socially responsible manner, for generations.
