Wind Data Study
BC Hydro is currently undertaking a wind data study that will model the characteristics of the wind resource at a large number of locations in British Columbia. This study will provide further insight into the characteristics of wind at these locations and will support additional wind studies in the future.
On July 3, 2008 a presentation was made to Wind Independent Power Producers and others regarding this wind data study. The presentation and session notes can be found at the following links:
