Our New Home Program offers incentives to builders and developers who build qualified energy-efficient single-family homes, town homes, or multi-family residential buildings.
The homes will also receive Power Smart label and an EnerGuide rating to ensure buyers that they are purchasing a home that will help them save money year after year – a Power Smart home.
